Little Kickers Summer Camp – Terms & Conditions By booking a place at Little Kickers Summer Camp, parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Age Eligibility Summer Camp is open to children within the specified age range for each venue. Children must meet the minimum and maximum age requirements at the time the camp begins. 2. Toilet Training Requirement All children attending Summer Camp must be fully toilet trained. Children wearing nappies or pull-ups will not be permitted to participate. If a child arrives wearing nappies/pull-ups, parents/guardians will be required to collect the child immediately. If a child has repeated toilet accidents and is not toilet trained, parents/guardians will be contacted and required to collect the child immediately. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. By completing the booking, parents confirm that their child is fully toilet trained. 3. Food & Drinks Children must bring their own packed lunch, snacks, and a clearly labelled water bottle each day. Little Kickers does not provide food. Parents are responsible for ensuring food meets their child’s dietary and allergy requirements. We kindly request that no nut-based products are included in packed lunches. 4. Booking & Limited Availability Places are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A child’s place is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Little Kickers reserves the right to close bookings once capacity is reached. 5. Refund Policy A full refund is available within 14 days of booking, provided the camp has not yet started. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of booking. No refunds are given for missed days due to illness, holidays, or personal circumstances. In the unlikely event that Little Kickers cancels the camp, a full refund will be issued. 6. Illness Children must not attend camp if they are unwell. Little Kickers reserves the right to refuse entry or request collection of a child who appears unwell during camp hours. No refunds will be issued for absence due to illness. 7. Behaviour & Safety All children are expected to follow coach instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour that affects other children may result in a parent/guardian being contacted for collection. Little Kickers reserves the right to remove a child from camp if behaviour compromises safety. No refund will
